It was great but it was also very expensive so I really had to stick to it everyday. But now I'm just using DVDs for my workout, they're much more practical. Maybe you could try DVDs for starters just to get a feel of it. I wish you well on your yoga and I'm sure you'll be getting results soon. Usually, when someone says I got fat, it hurts but I try to ignore it. I've been teased a lot in grade school and high school for being chubby. I do know several people who'd just say out loud, "you gained weight."
