I know am a hundred years late catching up on the Iphone craze but now I’m a little bit tempted to get one.

I have a Nokia E63 which is still working perfectly so yes, I don’t really need a new phone. But when Kernie got an Iphone and I got to try using it, well… let’s just say I really, really, really like it.

The thing I loved most about it was how I could tap and swipe, tap and swipe whenever I browse the internet which makes my scroll and push, scroll and push Nokia phone look archaic. (I also liked that I can play Plants vs. Zombies on it but that’s not really important, isn’t it? )

One thing I don’t quite like about it is the touch screen keyboard. I’ve tried typing with it a few times with about 80 percent accuracy. Maybe it just takes some practice but it seems like it works best for those with really tiny fingers.

Just like my babies… which brings me to another reason to hesitate buying one: my girls like to play with the Iphone. We’ve had to break up a couple of fights on who gets to use Daddy’s Iphone. Sometimes we successfully distract them from remembering its existence but nine days out of 10, either one of them borrows the Iphone.

Daddy’s Iphone has been thrown, dropped and tapped to death. It’s a good thing it’s sturdy. I bet I can only keep my Iphone hidden for too long before my girls discover it.

Kernan and I have actually been thinking of buying one of those Ipod Touch or Iphone knockoffs. But since we have two girls, that means we need to buy two ipods or iphones for them. I know, not practical at all.

I’m still on the fence about buying an Iphone but right about to jump in. While searching for reviews, I read that the HTC Desire is way better than the Iphone but I haven’t seen anyone yet using it here so I can’t say for sure.
