Dear Santa,

Christmas is just 33 days away, can I make a wish or two? (Or three?)

I know I might get my share of mugs, funny t-shirts and posters this year, and I appreciate them, I always do. But I just thought I’d let you have my list so that when you let your elves get to work, you’ll have something to refer to.

I’ve been incredibly blessed this year, the happiest I’ve ever been. So you might be surprised to see my list is a bit small, you can give me any of them but the third one would make me the happiest of all.

1. A shopping spree. I’d love to have new bags, new shoes, new clothes… you get the picture. Notice all the s. I know you’ve got a lot of people to give gifts to this year, so okay, one of each will do.

2. An Iphone or HTC Desire. I know I don’t need a new phone, but can I wish for something just because I want to? I can’t decide yet, but you know gadgets better than I do, so just give me what you think is the best between the two.

3. The not so secret wish I’ve been wishing for all year. I’ve been doing my part but maybe a little of your stardust magic will help me move faster. It’s the biggest wish I’ve made so far, and when it comes true, it’s not just a Christmas gift but an advance gift for my birthday and my babies too.

If  you’ll make me choose one, just give me number three. Okay, just scratch the other two in the list, that’s all I’m wishing for. And when that wish comes true, I wouldn’t ask for more. Just yet.
