My knuckles were always raw and I'd get wounds that left really dark scars. My hands looked like a man's! But when it comes to weight loss benefits, boxing does pack a hefty punch. ;) I lost the most weight when I combined my salad diet with my boxing workout. If you decide to try it, just make sure to have really thick wraps around your knuckles: put a layer of cotton first then the wraps.
