I’ve been focusing on this photo for days now. I want!
And I’ll get!
I’ve been pretty determined with my workouts. I’m still doing yoga most mornings. I was able to do it four times this past week. Yay! I’m aiming for a daily workout but sometimes my muscles ache too much so I give it a rest when I feel like it.
Aside from drinking green tea after meals, I’ve added a weight loss technique I read from Realage: drinking a whole glass of water before eating my meal. To add oomph, I also eat a banana with it. I actually eat three bananas a day now.
I’ve been cutting back on rice most days (sometimes I still get a second serving…oh well…) and I only ate chocolate twice this week, and they’re all dark choco too.
I know I’m winning this.
No giving up and no giving in. Funny how I received this email about yet another weight loss pill called cissus quadrangularis. They just get weirder and weirder. I wonder what stuff they’ll come up with next.
As for me, I’ll stick to my weight loss yoga. I’m getting sexy back.
