One of the best pieces of advice I ever received is
Always begin the day with gratitude.
Every morning, I write in my journal the things I’m thankful for — from the simplest gift of being able to wake up to a brand new day to the greatest blessing of having all my loved ones with me.
I find that being thankful in the morning sets the tone for the whole day, I tend to look out for the good things and I can say good things do come to me.
When I logged in my dashboard this morning, this nice little message in my “incoming links” box welcomed me.
When I clicked on the link, I found that fellow hot momma blogger JoanJoyce mentioned me as one of her picks for the Top 10 Emerging Influential Bloggers in 2008.
The search is actually a writing project launched by author and blogger Ms. Janette Toral to spot new and emerging blogs. Bloggers who participate in the project are eligible for a chance to win $100. I blog because it’s good therapy and writing practice for me. But knowing that I have inspired or moved even just one person with my posts gives it a whole new meaning.

your welcome sis, this blog really helps me on becoming a kinda good wifey you know. Its not that I am bad it is just that you know I am kinda let small things pass and through this blog i have learned how to give importance to it and I guess it is working for me, thanks for that sis
