I am on my second week of Dutch chocolate shakes and I’m loving it. Imagine being able to drink chocolate shake everyday. Yeah, I’m loving it a whole lot since I’m losing inches too.

Kernan and I have been taking Herbalife, a meal replacement shake, for both breakfast and dinner. We mix up the Dutch chocolate powder with some low fat milk, bananas and oatmeal so it’s very filling. We’re not deprived though because we still eat regular meals for lunch.
I can’t say it’s a fast way to burn belly fat because it may have different effects on people. But as for me, I’ve lost half an inch on my first week and the last I measured, I lost another half. And that’s without exercise because I haven’t been running lately.
I’m sure I’ll get fit faster if I just get back to running but I haven’t been able to make time for it yet. I know nothing beats exercise.
But for now, I’ll stick to my chocolate shakes, thank you very much. If I had known it was this good, I should have tried it sooner. I think I’ll be drinking shakes for a long time.
