I have a confession to make… I’ve been eating rice again. A lot of it.
That’s what happens when you’ve got a husband who cooks really good, one serving of rice is never enough.
But I’ve been feeling bloated and sluggish again — definitely not good when you want to be productive.
So before I eat my main meal of the day, I have this….

This melon – nata combo is absolutely heavenly. I love melon and I love nata so having both of them in one cup is double love.
I love the combination of soft, sweet and creamy yogurt then biting into the small nata bits. (Just make sure it’s cold because it doesn’t taste as good when it’s not.)
The great thing about it is it makes me feel full after I eat it so I am able to control my portions when it comes to my meals.
When I’m craving for dessert or just craving for something to eat, I just buy a cup and my stomach is happy.
Sometimes when I forget to eat dinner, I just eat a cup of yogurt before I sleep and I’m good.
But the best thing about it is, it made me lose belly fat quite fast.
I can still flatten my stomach without much effort so I think a few more weeks into this and I won’t even need to breathe in a lot.
I haven’t gone back to exercising just yet. When my “happy money” comes in, I’ll see if I can do yoga again.

this looks yummy, though i like the strawberry flavored one. i’m sure those nata bits are pleasure to bite on. nice blog here.. keep it up!
