Lalo na if it's Jamaine who wakes up with a bad mood and I haven't left for the office yet. Naku, it will take me an hour to convince her that I need to go to the office because "Mommy needs to earn money so we can buy her toys and pay for school." Usually it's lambing that does it for my girls. I explain to them as clearly as I can why I need to leave for the office tapos I assure them I'll be home "'Pag may moon na." I play with them for a bit and sing their favorite songs. When this happens, nale-late na talaga ako. But I always think, I'd rather be late than leave my babies crying. Kaya as much as possible, I try to wake up even earlier so I can leave while they're still asleep. I just think I should appreciate this time while my babies are still "running after me." In a few years time when they're all grown up, baka they would want me around them less so they could do their own thing. ;) I can so relate to that.
