I’ve always told myself to just do what I want with my life.
“Follow your dreams, pursue your passion,” I tell myself.
It’s always so easy to say it and harder to do it.
But every now and then, I see proof that it can be done if I set my mind to it — no matter how impossible or crazy that dream may seem.
I stumbled on this video and it really made my day. Take a moment to watch it, I’m sure you’ll like it too and maybe you’ll also feel inspired like I do.
The guy dancing in the video is Matt who describes himself as “a 31-year-old deadbeat from Connecticut who used to think that all he ever wanted to do in life was make and play videogames.” He quit his day job five years ago and traveled around Asia. He became known in the web because of his “dance videos” which he took in the places he visited.
“Dancing 2008″ is the latest video he made which took him to 42 countries. There’s a single scene where he danced with kids in Tagaytay City. 
Watching people like Matt make me feel inspired to live my life passionately.
No matter what other people — or our inner critics — may say, we should just go ahead and do it.
It’s not enough to just be alive.
Live.

yes, a nice one indeed. he has been to 40+ places. i have been to at least 8 of the places he went to. other than photographs, i should have danced like him, too, danced as if there were no tomorrow.
