Can you help me de-stress?
My head is beginning to feel heavy and I’ve been walking around feeling like I’m going to topple over.
My skin is starting to break out and I’ve been pumping the pimple cream tube for a week now.
Definitely 2 bad signs.
One thing I know for sure after working in high stress jobs, headaches and break outs mean I’m extremely stressed and I ought to stop, fast!
Have you ever felt like you a had a million and one ideas running around in your head? You want to do so many things all at the same time and lots of plans and ideas are popping into your head one on top of the other.
I’m going through that phase right now and I feel like my super hyperactive brain is going to burst any minute.
I realized the problem when you’re in this phase is you only get headaches and breakouts, nothing more.
More often than not, your thoughts are so scattered telling you to accomplish everything but you end up accomplishing nothing.
I think a certain amount of stress is good but too much of it makes one unproductive and ugly.
It’s time to step back, breathe and de-stress.
