Wow, it’s June and the rain showers are coming.
The excitement of summer is dying down and I’ve kept the girl’s bathing suits, floaties and swimming pool supplies in storage. No more swimming except for the daily soaks in the timba and batya during bath time.
The fickle weather also has us staying indoors, sweltering heat suddenly changing into warm rain is a possible formula for fever.
So what do I do to keep myself and my girls entertained?
Watch Justin Bieber.
I was only mildly curious about Justin Bieber when he started trending in Twitter. I mean, I didn’t quite get what all the fuss was about.
But when I watched that video on Youtube for the first time, I did get it. I know, you’re probably thinking I’m too old for teeny bopper dudes. But this kid sure has charisma and he can sing. Oh and my girls like listening to him too.
Not to mention his songs are major LSS triggers. “Baby” is actually playing as I type this.
No I’m not turning into a fanatic but I actually searched his other songs on Youtube to see if they’re good to add to my playlist. I also like “One Time,” “One Less Lonely Girl” and “Never Say Never”.
